  1. I am PAWAN the owner of V.K. Enterprises, now known as Shri Shyam Enterprises, with the establishment code HRFB***391000. I was unable to operate due to a medical emergency. The GST registration of the previous firm was cancelled. I’ve now re-registered my GST number as Shri Shyam Enterprises. However, I’ve been making rounds of the office for over a year to update my name in the EPFO records. I’ve had to request multiple corrections to the name and address of my establishment in the EPFO records. I’ve applied online several times to amend the name and address of my establishment as recorded in EPFO records. I’ve even returned to submit all the physical documents required for the update, but there’s been no resolution yet. I had previously filed a complaint, (Grievance Registration No. ROHAR/***08529) and you responded with a revised request, requesting that I re-apply, and I should mail a copy of it along with my documents. Madam, I request you with folded hands that I have been making the rounds of the RO office in Faridabad for almost a year.
    My problem hasn’t been resolved yet. Please process my application as quickly as possible so I can resume my work.
