Know Your EPF Claim Status Online

The UAN Claim Status can be checked in the following ways :

  • EPFO Unified Portal.
  • UAN Claim Status Portal.
  • EPFO App

1. EPFO Unified Portal.

To check the EPF Claim Status, make sure your UAN has been activated by the employer. If your UAN is not activated then activate your UAN Account.

Step 1: Go to the EPFO Unified Portal. Log in to the UAN Member Portal with your UAN and Password.

Step 2: Click on ‘Online Services’ tab on the top menu and a drop down will appear.

Step 3: Click on the third option- ‘Track Claim Status’.

Step 4: You can reach the EPF account claim status and check your claim status.

2. UAN Claim Status Portal.

The status of withdrawal/transfer claims submitted online or offline in any of the PF offices across the country can be tracked on Claim Status Portal.

Step 1: Go to the UAN Claim Status Portal. Fill in the UAN number.

Step 2: On this page, enter your UAN and Captcha Code. Click on the third option- ‘Search ’.

Step 3: All associated PF accounts will appear on the screen. Select the one for which you have filed a claim.

Step 4: The last updated status of your claim will appear on the screen.

3. EPFO App.

If you want to know the Claim Status of the EPF through UMANG App, make sure that your UAN has been activated by the employer.

UAN claim status can also be checked by downloading “UMANG app” from Google Play Store.

Step 1: Once the app is downloaded, you need to click on ‘EPFO SERVICE’ and then on ‘General Services’.

Step 2: Now click on the option ‘Know Your Claim Status’ under the option “General Services”

Step 3: Afterwards, enter your UAN and Send OTP your registered mobile number.

Step 4: then system will verify the mobile number, you can view your updated Claim Status details.

    Iam A.madhu I have applied for my pf withdrawal completed on Jan 24-2017.i have received SMS on jun 7th 2017 Claim form 19 for PF settlement for member acct no BRPAT00090440000002222 received on 02.06.2017 and Claim ID BRPAT170600000985 is under process.and PF Settlement Claim ID: BRPAT170600000985 Member Account No BRPAT00090440000002222 approved for payment through Cheque. Payment under process.its has been 40 days still it is showing the same status but I didn’t received the credit in my account till now, please update my status and how many days to take credit in my account send me the present status.my mobile number 9959386166

  9. Hello, we’ve applied for the EPF Advance for the marriage purpose. We got the half of the amount but didn’t get the full amount mentioned in the form.

    Will the half the amount gets credited later or this is the final settlement amount.

  10. Hello Sir, I am Neetha. Pf no. MH/PUN/124385/06. This is an unclaimed PF account in Pune. My subsequent employer in Chennai has informed that transfer from this account to subsequent has not taken place. The new employer have given me a UAN100138437658. Later I resigned from Chennai office due to ill health and withdrawn the pf deducted there. I have called up EPF Pune office and as per their advice I have sent a detailed mail to the PF office Pune with form 19 and 10C and details of PF deducted by Pune employer in Form 3A. I tried to contact them many times but no one is picking the calls. Also, I have not heard back from them through email, post or phone. Request for your help.

  11. I have requested for transfer my PF account fro previous to present employer on 28.09.2017 thorough present employer.
    Pf No. of Previous Employer – MP/JBP/6446/5344
    Pf No. of Present Employer – MP/JBP/9014/3126.
    I have tried to contact to Jabalpur office to know the current status of my claim but till date there is no status of my claim .
    So kindly look forward in this matter and resolve it.

    I have submitted to your office completed Transfer Claim Form 13 (Revised) on 28 Nov,2017.
    Sorry to say nothing happened uptil now. Uptill now my old PF from EPF Regional Office, Sector 23, Dwarka, N. Delhi not transferred to PF, Jaipur office account.

    I have initiated PF transfer last year and the status showing now as Settled and rejected in this website (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemClaimStatusUAN/memberUAN)
    Could you please check the PF amount has moved to present PF account .
    My Previous company UAN is 1004***0535 and PF account No: PYBOM****0880000231792

    My Present company UAN is 1009***3973 and CTS PF.no TNMAS003****0000390478.
